Engine Builder and Late Model #12 Owner Billy Russell's father passed away Friday morning. Eddie Russell is at J.C. Kirby on Broadway. The Funeral is at 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Russell Family.
