Special Sunday Racing at the Fairgrounds Speedway (Practice on Saturday) Please come out and join us for an exciting day of racing on Sunday, June 7th, 2009 as eight different racing series’ battle on the .596 asphalt short track. Racer Mark Day is returning to action in the Late Model Series after serving a one week suspension for a track altercation. However, Day’s counterpart Andy Johnson is not returning to the fray this weekend. The Fairgrounds Speedway is pleased to announce O’Reilly Auto Parts as a partner on five separate racing dates during the 2009 season beginning this weekend. “We’re thrilled to have such a high-caliber company as O’Reilly Auto Parts partnering with us at various times this season.
