I talked to Dallas Jones, owner of Beech Bend Raceway today about the Billy Williams deal. As Dallas and I talked he referred to our courtrooms today. If you commit a crime of some sort and you spend time in jail or doing community work and pay your dues, then you are free to go back in to the general public. However you may still be on probation. So in short, if Billy Williams calls Dallas he will be allowed to come back under the terms that he will have to stay out of trouble and will be on probation.
