Benefit Bike Ride for Chris Gray. Sat. Oct 27,2007. Registration starts at 11: 00 AM at Warren East High School. Cost is $10.00 per person. ALL BIKES ARE WELCOME; The ride will take a scenic route to Barren River Park with a short rest and end up at Lampkin Park. Chris is 30 yrs old and has been diagnosed with cancer, the growth has blocked his left kidney . He has started Chemo this week and it will last almost 2 months He will then have to go to Vanderbilt for surgery to remove the remainder and hopefully keep the left kidney. BACK A FEW YEARS AGO I TORE MY CAR UP AND NEEDED A CAR TO RACE AND CHRIS WAS NICE ENOUGH TO LET ME USE HIS CAR TO KEEP UP MY POINTS. I SAID THAT TO SAY THIS, CHRIS WAS JUST THAT KIND OF GUY.
