POSTED 3-15-09 BEECH BEND RACEWAY DRAGS 2009 OPENING DAY IS POSTPONED

Rain and wet weather makes track conditions unable to drag race today. Beech Bend owners Dallas and Clay Jones were forced to call off the opening day of the 2009 season of the NHRA drag season. Remember this next weekend will be the Ten-Tuck Drag event. It will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Dallas Jones said he would have the drag track open for drag racers on Thursday due to the rain out today and because of the up coming Ten-Tuck Drags this coming weekend.
