This weeks "LOCAL RACING NEWS AND RUMORS BY ODELL" Driver of the Week Award goes to J.J. Scheizer #7 Figure-8 Class. J.J. has raced for many years at Beech Bend Raceway Park and has never had the year he is having in 2008. With back to back wins in the wild and woolly figure-8. Not only has J.J. had back to back wins, he has had a very fast car. He has also gotten out front and made some really good moves through the "X". My hat goes off to J.J. Scheizer this week. It gets me the honor to again show you the photo of the DRIVER OF THE WEEK. Good Job and Congratulations, J.J. Scheizer!
