A source has told me that Rick Stamper has bought the #03 Sportsman car that he drove at Beech Bend and Highland Rim. Rick bought the car from Donnie Self and Self Racing. I was told that Rick is going to try to race it at Highland Rim Speedway this Saturday. Good Luck Rick!
