I would like to thank C & P Racing for their hospitality to us (Odell & Margaret) PBO Media Productions.  It was hot and we were trying to get some really good shoots of the Frank Kimmel and ARCA races.  C & P Racing let us use their gazebo for shade.  They gave us drinks and were very kind.  For me, this is what racing is all about.  Sure, I love to see the cars go fast and compete, but the friendship is by far the best thing about the family of racing.  Thanks to Jerry, Linda, Robert and Amanda Cohron, Jay, Joann and David Parrish, Ricky Jones of C & P Racing.  Oh yeah, Doodle too!

While we were at WhaBah's being a guest on the WhaBah Horsepower Racing Hour my wife Margaret ran into a friend that she went to High School with. In this photo is her friend Janet Ennis who came to listen to the show.

POSTED 5-29-08 MEETING FINE FOLKS AT WHABAH'S

This photo is of folks that were out at WhaBah's to hear the WhaBah Horsepower radio show. (Left to Right) John Barnard, Bobby Cash, Penny Adams and Brenda Barnard. John and Brenda have a son Brian, that drag races. John (Dad) built the car for his son who won his bracket in super pro, driving a Ford last year in the NMRA. Brenda (Mom) is the pit crew. Penny said she supports everybody and loves racing. Bobby first did the water box for the drags years ago. Then he did staging for the drags and then starting line ups. He also was the stock car track inspections Tech. for Dallas several years ago. We were happy to meet these fine people.

POSTED 4-21-08 THE SHOW AT GO-T'S BAR AND GRILL WAS FUN

Thanks to everyone that came out to the test run at Go-T's Bar and Grill. We didn't have time to let folks know about the Odell and Billy Show being showed at Go-T's until Monday at about noon. that being said we still had 17 race fans to show up on an half day or less notice. I would like to thank, Rick and Barbara Falcone, Scott and Crystal Falcone, Kevin Allen, Alex and his wife (Sandra? I think, sorry) Yakubovich, Brad and Becky Spinks, Tammy Turner and Mike Causey, Richard "Doodle" and Angie Dickens, Joey and Bobbie Stancil, Odell and Margaret Turner. Look forward to many more fun times together. You all are truly like family. Again Thanks, Odell & Billy (Billy said sorry he couldn't be here but he had promised his little girl to go to his mother's to watch the show because she was on the show.)
