Coming to Beech Bend Raceway Park this weekend, the AMRA Harley Drag Finals

This weekend Sept. 23-26 the AMRA Harley Drag Finals roll into BBRP with Drag racing, Bike Show, and live music and vendors.

Gates will open on Thursday with drag racing both Sat. and Sun.

FREE Bike Show will take place on Saturday. Live music both Friday night and Saturday night.

NO COLORS--NO 4 Wheelers--NO Off Road Vehicles

Photos from the AMRA Harley drags at Beech Bend Raceway Park this last weekend.  All photos were from Saturday.  Rain came on Sunday and washed out the races.  The AMRA will be back in June.  Make your plans today for this great event.

POSTED 3-26-10 AT BEECH BEND RACEWAY TODAY TO START THE 2010 AMRA HARLEY EVENT.

The first event at Beech Bend Raceway Park for 2010 season with the AMRA Harley Drags of three planned for Beech Bend.  This March event, June and Sept.

The top photo shows vendors today setting up for business.  The photo second for top is a vendor that is already up and open for business.  The oval track will be full of vendors selling Tee-Shirts, Caps, Harley Parts, Leather, Tattoo's, and much more.

The photo third from top is of one of many motorcycles coming to Beech Bend Park.  The photo fourth from top is of a Harley fan on his Harley-Davidson.  We were at Beech Bend today (Friday) as fans, racers and vendors were coming in.

The bottom photo is of Beech Bend employee, Kevin Allen as he is checking out the drag track.  Lighting had struck the lights at the drag track and were being worked on for tomorrows AMRA Harley's.

Be sure to pick up your tickets for some really fast motorcycles as they take to the 1/4 mile track at Beech Bend Raceway Park to kick off the AMRA points races of 2010.  Who knows we may see a track record set here at our local track.  It has been done here and some records still hold here at Beech Bend Raceway.  See you there.  Be sure to say hi to us when you see us.  Odell - PBO Media Productions

POSTED 6-26-09 UPDATE FROM BEECH BEND RACEWAY PARK

Today the Harley's took to the 1/4 mile drag track at Beech Bend Raceway Park. It was only to shake down or test and tune if you will. The AMRA were rained out back in March of 2009 for the first race of the season. It has rained very hard tonight here at the track. Margaret and I have our camper here at BBR and I'm sitting here on the staging lane posting on my site from BBR. I hope the sun comes out tomorrow and the track officials can get the track ready by 10:00 a.m. We have a lot of bikes here and it looks like it will be a very exciting weekend. If you do come out Saturday or Sunday don't forget to visit the AMRA trailer and pick up the NEW AMRA SUMMER SHOOT OUT 2009 tee-shirt. I got mine. See you at the BEND!
