sambo is fast but i dont think he or anyone else is gonna be a second quicker on this track than rueben was 20 years ago...track has NO grip now compared to on that day in 1988...
fastest lap ever in qualifying at bbrp for late model,,,rueben lancaster 15:50 april 1988...fastest lap i ever seen on my stopwatch,same day,,dennis white 15:31,,changed tires went slower,,15:62...
so still even if sammy's was a 15 instead of 14 it's still track record then...
think there was a clock malfunction,,,i noticed there was not a big to do by the P.A. announcer,,,i really think its just another screw up by our great track officials...
