This picture was given to a friend of mine by Buck's wife Glorianna Cherry Hawks. I was told the picture was taken July 4, 1968 just before he was killed in the figure-8 at Beech Bend. His name was Irvin Leroy "Buck" Cherry.

I am just asking this question. Buck Cherry was a cousin of mine. Steve Sowdwers wad a cousin of mine too. It amazes me that the 2 guys that got killed in the Figure 8 is related to me.
