Richard "Doodle" Dickens of Bowling Green and 5 time Figure-8 champion from Beech Bend Raceway Park raced in the new IOFS. Doddle made the field of 17 cars and turned it into a great night. He got the "Hard Charger Award" and got the bonus money for the best finishing non-winged/Stock car. ($200.00) and then finished 4th overall. Great job Doodle! Congratulations.

Cong. to both Doodle and Angie. We know this means a lot to both of you. Sorry we were not there but you know why. We will see you one of these days shortly.
I told you that if you missed the IOFS race you would be sorry...lol. I LOVED it! Not to mention what great racing took place in the other divisions also (we didn't stay long after the figure 8).
Congratulations, Doodle! You did exactly what you set out to do; finish the full 50 laps, get a good finish & bring home the bonus bucks. Plus, even picked up an unexpected award!! I am so proud of you! And while doing all of this, we met a lot of great people that we look forward to racing with again! A huge "job well done" goes out to Charlie Hargraves, Dave Sink and all others involved in getting the IOFS started! They have put in lots of hard work and I believe with the car count & crowd on hand that it has paid off. Good Job, Guys! I hope the IOFS is here to stay!
Great job Doodle

c and p racing, thanks for the comment. My goal is to try to win the new outlaw figure 8 chassis that will be given to the stocker that finishes the highest in the points. As of now, I am leading the points for it by 271 points. Thank yall for all support and help.
