POSTED 8-10-07 DALLAS JONES TRACK OWNER AND TRACK OFFICIAL GARY DALTON MEET WITH FIGURE-8 DRIVERS
After the drivers meeting tonight (Friday 8-10-07) Dallas and Gary ask the Figure-8 drivers to stay for a short meeting. Gary talked to the guys and said he had notice drivers mirror driving and then Dallas said if any drivers start hitting someone on purpose then he would have the flagman to through the red flag and would have that drive taken off the track and barred for the rest of this year. They must have heard Dallas because nothing happen in the figure-8. Matter of a fact it was a really good race. A shout goes out to Wayne Green, Sr. Wayne drove a great race and finished second. Good Job Guys!

who thinks that will be followed i agree that ricky dickens drove a great race and i just don't think wayne green has got anything for him but loved doodles singing he makes racing fun he has fun with it . i was really proud of zoomy he done a great job standing up for his self and taking his car home in good shape but think it was pretty childish of wayne green jr his actions really show his age want to curse people all because he just is a very poor sportsman and he always thinks daddy going to take care of him people with his attutitude never become good racers mike mason it was nice to watch a race that all seem to be racing but all i really seen was some racing that was good but keep up the good work zoomy i really want to see you win one this year but think you a good driver keep it up
I agree with the last post, up tp a point. I think Ricky drove a good race. I'm not sure than Wayne Sr. didn't have a little more for Ricky, because he got caught up in some traffic. I think that was the best figure-8 race this year. I also believe that Wayne,Sr. will win if he keeps his head on straight. I for one thought Wayne Sr. drove a very good race. But here is where we. disagree, Little Wayne may have gotten a little mad but hey, I am a racer and do we what all racers to race and then just get out of the car and say gee! I just got beat, Spin, or bumped? NO!!! Let me say, if you are a racer you what to win them all and if you don't have that fire in your belly then you need to be over in the stands watching real racers put on a good show. As long as little Wayne or no one does a they had been doing, which I don't agree on, then go race and yes you can get MAD sometimes. Hey, guess what? this is only my opinion and you can't get much with that. Oh, by the way I know Dallas Jones fairly well and the look in his eyes at the drivers meeting I would say YES he will stick to his word this year.
i am so glad to see Dallas set up to the plate and take a stand for himself, his track, the loyal fans and drivers! this was long over due. i absolutely believe that Dallas meant business. in my opinion, i have to agree that this was one of the best races of the 8 this yr. what we watched friday night is the way racing is suppose to be!!! i hope that the 8 guys look at this realize that this type of racing is REALLY what people pay to see. ricky did drive a good race but i believe as long as people keep working on their cars, try new set ups and remain out of trouble on the track: they may just find a way to beat him. but until then lets continue the good racing as we had friday. one more thing. thanks Doodle for the song. it's been awhile since we heard that. hope to see you in victory lane soon. GREAT JOB, BAD TO THE BONE BOYS!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD RACING.
