This is Checkers the clown. He is the track clown at Highland Rim Speedway. He really loves little children and gives them stuffed bears, dolls and etc. He also throw's candy to kids and us adults too! I have had him to throw me candy. Checkers donates his time and money to childrens groups and this last weekend they said he was giving his pay to the Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital. Checkers the Clown brings a lot of smile to kids from everywhere. I think we need more people like Checkers. Good job! Checkers.

POSTED 8-8-07 EVERY RACE TRACK NEEDS A CLOWN LIKE CHECKERS!

CAN BBR REALLY HANDLE ANYMORE "CLOWNS"? I THINK WE HAVE ENOUGH OF THEM. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SEE SOMEONE GIVE THEIR TIME AND ENERGRY TO GIVE THE KIDS (AND SOME ADULTS) OF BBR SOMETHING POSITIVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO. IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA IF WE COULD GET SOMEONE LIKE "CHECKERS".
