It is with great gratitude that today I announce Kentucky
Lake Motor Speedway is officially closed and for sale.
The Speedway will not promote any other events for the
2009 season. I would like to thank you for your support
over the last few years.

This place had some great dirt track racing! I hate to see that it is now closed! I was looking forward to returning there this year to enjoy some dirt racing. Hopefully, someone can purchase it and get this track back to thriving operation!
Might say its been closed 2 or 3 years.Tried to run special events only,no weekly shows,didn,t work.Bluegrass Speedway alive & well. Only 90 miles north of BG in Bardstown. World of Outlaws Late Models in May & Lucas Oil Late Models in Aug. Both are $10,000 to win. Yes, ten thousand.
