Hey race fans, look what you can see if you attend drag races at Beech Bend Raceway Park. The top photo is a NASCAR owner Jack Roush FORD. The white Mustang is driven by the son of Don Bowles. The next Mustang, blue and silver is driven by Susan McClenaghan which is Jack Roush's daughter. I didn't get the driver of the Roush yellow Mustang which is called the Don Bowles "Coal Digger VI". And the last photo as you can see is, The Cat in the Hat, Mr. Jack Roush and yes he was at Beech Bend Raceway.

The driver of the yellow Mustang is none other than 67-yr-old Don Bowles. Don has driven a Mustang named Coaldigger for almost 40 years and is Jack Roush's right-hand man in drag racing.
Don is a regular visitor to Beech Bend and would be worth the effort to interview. He's a great guy and lots of fun to talk with.
