This photo is of the flood at Beech Bend Raceway on Monday, March 3, 1997. The river crested on Sunday, March 2, at 5:00 a.m. Looking at this picture you can see the old tech shed and the fuel tank. Also in the left bottom corner is the lights for the circle track and the fence around the track. The track and pits were under water. Thanks Rick Falcone for letting me borrow this picture.
