POSTED 2/22/07 BAKER SUES DALLAS JONES AGAIN!!!

What is up with Matt Baker??? He is a lawyer and of all people should understand when you are simply beat. This road deal has been ruled a county road by the magistrates then they had to change their opinion because of loop holes, even Warren County Judge Executive Mike Buchanon said early on that it was a county road but had to back up and let the court do its thing. Then the Kentucky Court of Appeals rules that it is a county road, and then the Supreme Court rejects Matt Bakers appeal. Like the old saying what part of NO does Mr. Baker not understand. Now Matt Baker is bringing the Reynolds Family into this new law suit. Do they really want to do this? or is this Matt Bakers deal? Matt baker also filed that Beech Bend was zoned wrong and that was thrown out by another Judge last week also. THE DAILY NEWS SAID IN TODAY'S PAPER " BAKER ALLEGED TODAY THAT THE ENTIRE DISPUTE STEMMED NOT FROM HIS ANGER OVER RACE FANS' BLOCKAGE OF HIS DRIVEWAY, BUT A PLOT BETWEEN JONES AND CURRENT COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICE JEFF TAYLOR. Why would Dallas Jones spend thousands of dollars to help Mr Taylor beat Matt Baker for an elected office? It don't make sense. I think Mr. Baker my have fishsyndrome (Fishsyndrome - One who flops like a fish on dry land) First it was the road that he said was his driveway, then it was a zoning problem, now he has said it was never the road deal but it is over his lost election. More flops that John Kerry, huh???? I think what needs to be done is sell tickets to see Matt Baker vs Dallas Jones in a no holds barred boxing match. I would buy a ticket and then the monies would go to some charity. Seriously, this sounds like Mr. Baker is 10 years old. Enough is enough.
